By accessing or using Megan AI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any product rules shown in the interface. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Megan AI is operated for creators who want to browse prompt examples, adapt prompts, upload reference images, and generate AI images. You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction and able to enter a binding agreement.
You may need to sign in with Google or another supported identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
A single person may not create or operate multiple accounts to obtain repeated free credits, referral rewards, promotional credits, or other benefits. We may withhold, reverse, or remove credits connected with duplicate accounts, automated abuse, suspicious referrals, payment disputes, or policy violations.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used for fraud, abuse, copyright infringement, payment misuse, circumvention of safety systems, scraping, or activity that threatens Megan AI, users, model providers, or payment processors.
Credits are digital units used to run AI generation tasks. Credit cost may vary by model, resolution, batch size, reference images, and product features. Package names, prices, included credits, and benefits may change over time.
Purchased credits are delivered to the account associated with the checkout session. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on Megan AI servers.
Free credits, referral credits, promotional credits, and purchased credits may have different rules. Unless stated otherwise, credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, or redeemed for money.
Your prompts, uploaded images, reference images, selected settings, and generated outputs are your responsibility. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit any image, text, logo, product, face, likeness, trademark, or other material you provide.
AI outputs can be unpredictable and may resemble existing styles, objects, brands, people, or works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, advertising, commercial use, or distribution.
Megan AI does not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, free from third-party claims, legally compliant, or suitable for a specific use. You should obtain professional advice when rights, advertising, endorsement, privacy, or regulated-use questions matter.
You may not use Megan AI to generate, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate illegal content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual sexual content; explicit sexual material; hateful or harassing content; violent threats; self-harm instructions; fraud; impersonation; phishing; malware; or content that violates the rights of others.
You may not bypass, disable, probe, or interfere with safety filters, abuse detection, rate limits, payment controls, model-provider restrictions, or platform security systems.
We may block prompts, reject reference images, remove outputs, refuse service, or report activity when required to protect users, rights holders, payment processors, model providers, or the public.
Megan AI relies on third-party services for login, hosting, analytics, payments, safety checks, file handling, and AI model generation. These providers may process data as needed to deliver the requested service.
Model availability, latency, quality, and safety behavior may change without notice. A provider outage, timeout, blocked request, or policy decision may affect generation results.
Referral rewards may require a valid sign-up, first purchase, payment confirmation, fraud review, or other verification. We may delay, deny, or reverse referral credits if we detect self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake traffic, chargebacks, or abuse.
Promotional offers may be modified, paused, or ended at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless we clearly say otherwise.
Megan AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free generation, specific artistic quality, specific output formats, permanent storage of outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Megan AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
